I love tacos! I’ve never had a dessert one before, but the regular tacos (with ground beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and salsa are delicious. There are many other toppings people use, and they can be on corn or flour tortillas.

Must be a cultural thing. I’m a long way from Mexico and our immigrants don’t bring much in the way of cuisine, Poland and countries around there not being noted for it. Apparently they live on spuds, pork and vodka.

I hear that.

my trip got all screwed up this past weekend. giant line at the deli so i said alright lets try this kiosk thing, typed in my order, all set to be ready in 15 minutes, I wandered off.

Well, that screws up the flow. You know what I’m talking about- you start at one side, work your way across and check out.

Nope, now half way through the story I have to loop back to pick up my deli items. What a mess.

At least I didn’t have to wait behind 10 people at the deli counter though...

The trick is to use heavy cream, whole milk, ground nutmeg and pepper in the potatoes.
